Hi-ATE-us

We are almost out of the woods to Grandma's house but the trail has been lined with cookies, cakes, and all things anti-achievement. I can see the light at the end of the sugar frosted tunnel and I am more ambitious than ever and eager to get into a fitness groove. I've realized recently that planning is the most important aspect of doing this well and I need some time to put a plan and system together so that I can start creating good habits. I will be back with new entries on January 9th. The upcoming year is going to be a good one but the end of this year kicked my ass.
